Interview Resources

There is a calendar of existing citizenship events if you need help with any form, or finding resources to prepare for the interview. There is also a directory of ESL classes in Dallas, with locations and times; there are additional classes held at public libraries, which can be viewed here. Over here is a log of citizenship/civics classes available in Dallas as well.

As for online English resources, you can access the vocabulary lists for reading and writing online. You can find flashcards for the vocabulary for both reading and writing there as well. Do not print the flashcards on both sides of the paper. They need to be folded over, and duplex printing will leave some flashcards on the "inside" of the card. You will have to write translations for each of the terms in your native language yourself, if you choose to do so. We recommend supplementing study on your own with study in groups such as these (same link as above).

USCIS has prepared practice resources for the civics test; they include a practice test and the full list of 100 questions (in Spanish as well). For applicants eligible for the reduced-difficulty exam (over 65, 20 years' residency; make sure here) use these questions to study.
